Timesheet Information. Input all driver extra service activity for a pay period. Information includes starting salary and ending salary, base and total hours, driver, pay period, date, pay code, hours added or deducted, dollars added or deducted and override amounts. Account # allocation lets you allocate pay to your existing G/L accounts. |

Overtime. Automatically calculates overtime (time and 1/2) for the number of hours that you select - 40 (per week) or 8 (per day). |

Trip Aide Link. Retrieves trip #, trip hours, and salary from the Trip Aide program. Update actual hours and dollars (including overtime) for trips and the figures are automatically updated in Trip Aide. Pop-up help screen available to display all trips done by a driver on a particular date. Simply choose the trip, and the trip information is automatically entered for you into the driver’s timesheet. |
