Main information includes vehicle, beginning and ending meter/hours, elapsed mileage and service code. Detail information includeds component, problem, repair, employee or vendor and cost of parts and labor.   Type of Service. Automatically input “skeleton” or pre-define work orders (quarterly inspection, summer maintenance, etc.).  Work order detail information is automatically filled in for each vehicle!   Old or New. Input work orders, regardless or date and/or mileage. Mileages for previous and following dates is calculated automatically.   Parts and Mileage Reconciliation.  Change work order vehicles, parts, and mileages and inventory and fuel is kept up-to-date automatically.   Inspection Codes.  Use service codes to reset service schedules for a vehicle.   Printing. Print one or all detailed work orders for any date range and any combination of vehicles.
